Personally, whenever I fly in France, I fly VFR in their great Class E airway system. I know many people who also do this.
Since the change where 'VFR mode and Airways mode' split this functionality, that is now almost impossible to do.
In VFR mode, you can't see the airways at all.
In Airways mode, you can see all the airways, but can't distinguish which are Class E, and you also lose airspace warnings.
My suggestion is to add a toggle which displays Class E airways when in VFR mode, and maybe even bring back the old toggle for 'Display Class E Airways as Centrelines' so you have the choice.
